  6. Tilt the pan to spread the batter. When the edges goes brown and the center appears dry flip them with a spatula.
  7. In the start have a strong fire but then put it in the meduim

Blintzes are commonly filled with farmer's cheese or fruit. They are traditionally served for Shavuot and, less commonly, for Chanukah and other Jewish holidays. Fold edges over filling and roll blini up. Repeat with remaining filling and blini.
