- Peel off the beetroot and boil it. I have booked it in pressure cooker.
- Chop it and grind it using mixer jar.
- Deseed the dates and Chop it. Dry roast the sesame seeds for a minute. Also chop/crush the nuts if you like. I like to have crunchiness of nuts in every bites so not crushing it.
- Take the beetroot into pan, add chopped dates and stir it on law flame. Once you find that the mixture has thicken up, add remaining nuts and mix well.
- Also add dedicated coconut, coco powder and chocolate powder and combine everything well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and make small balls of it
- Chop the white chocolate. Melt it using double boiler method.
- Deep the beetroot ball into chocolate and coat it. Repeat the process for all the balls. Then refrigerate it for half and hour.
- Your chocolate beetroot bliss is ready to gobble.
