  12. Prepare 2 tbsp Paan masala crush
  13. Get 1 tsp Paan essence
  14. Take 2 tbsp Gulkand
  15. Get 1 tbsp Fennel powder
Instructions to make Tricolor Ice cream:
  1. Combine the cornflour and ¼ cup of milk in a small bowl, mix well and keep aside.
  2. Heat the remaining 2¼ cups of milk in a deep non-stick pan, and allow it to boil on a medium flame for 7 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the sugar and the cornflour-milk mixture, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes, while stirring continuously. Cool completely.
  4. Once cooled, add the fresh cream and vanilla essence and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a shallow aluminium container. Cover with an aluminium foil and freeze for 6 hours or till semi-set.
  6. Pour the mixture into a mixer and blend till smooth.
  7. Divide the mixture into 3 portions.
  8. In 1 portion add chopped beetel leaves,paan masala syrup,paan essence, gulkand,fennel powder.
  9. In containter put the aluminium foil.so u will dmould the Icecream easily. - Set the paan icecream..
  10. After setting pour the 2 and layer of vanilla ice cream.
  11. After setting vanilla icecream - Dein lastly pour the orange layer…
  12. For orange layer in vanilla icecream add orange pulp,orange tang powder,orange zest,mix well..
  13. Set it about 9/10 hours or overnight..
  14. After setting dmould the ice cream.
  15. Cut it into slices.serve on beetel leaves.
  16. Garnish with colour sprinkles,silver golden balls & some tutti frooti..
