  1. First to prepare syrup…..in a pan add sugar… cardamom powder and water….boil till sugar dissolve…..consistency should b thick…..in 5 min. Sugar syrup is ready. - To prepare mawa……in a pan add milk and sugar….stirr continuously on medium flame consistency should b thick…..mawa is ready.
  2. Cut the roundles in 4 size….large….medium….small and lill small using cookie cutter or any lid….take badam and cut into halves…..now…. peel and cut mango and make puree….keep aside…(for orange)…..take betel leaves grind it with some water and make puree keep aside.
  3. Nw, divide sugar syrup into three bowls….now add mango puree into one syrup bowl…..betel puree into second syrup bowl and last one is already white……tricolour syrup is ready.
  4. Dip the big roundles bread into sugar syrup coat with desiccated coconut and put mava…..and again dip the second layer bread into syrup and put mawa…..nw same as we done…..we make 4 layers moutain fill with mawa….. - Next step……dip the bread into the mango syrup and make 4 layer mountain with stuffing……and 3rd…..again take bread and dip into betel syrup put mawa and make layer wise mountain…..ur mountain is ready…..put halves almond on top and serve.
