  1. Put the cream cheese in a bowl and bring to room temperature.
  2. Warm a frying pan and add the olive oil and finely chopped garlic. Add the spinach once fragrant and saute.

  4. Chop up the artichokes as well and add to the bowl.
  5. Mix in the Parmesan as well and season with salt and pepper.
