Steps to make Pork Dangkot:
  1. Add the finely grated galangal and turmeric, and lemongrass into a food blender. Add 125 ml of water.
  2. Blend it using low speed for 5 minutes, then high speed for another 5 minutes until the texture is soft enough.
  3. Strain the blended process to separate the dregs and water extract. - Take out the dregs. - Pour vegetable oil into the pan. Heat the pan with low heat.
  4. Sautee shallots and garlic until it has aromatic fragrance and brownish color. Add the dregs. Gently stir with low heat.
  5. Add sliced keffir lime leaves. Stir well. - Add salt and pepper. Turn off the heat. Amd Ready to serve with Rice or any dish you like.
