- Take 1 cup Maida/All purpose flour
- Get 3/4 tsp Dry Yeast

Instructions to make Garlic Bread Rolls:
- In a bowl take warm water and add sugar. Stir well and then add yeast. Again stir well, cover the bowl and keep aside for 10 mins for yeast to get activated.
- In a mixing bowl take maida, salt and oregano. Mix all well. Add yeast mixture and make a dough. Add more warm water if required to make soft dough. Knead the dough well for 8 to 10 mins to get smooth, soft non sticky dough. Grease with oil and keep aside in a warm place for about an hour or so for proofing.
- After an hour or so the dough will get doubled in size. Sprinkle some flour, punch the dough to remove air and again knead for a minute or two.
- Mix garlic cloves, coriander leaves and butter very well and keep aside.
- Take portion of the dough. Knead well and make lemon sized ball. Sprinkle some flour on rolling board and roll little thick roti. Apply garlic butter mixture on all over the roti. Gently roll the roti to make roll. Cut in rolls of about 1.5 inch. Keep the rolls in dusted plate for half an hour. Apply garlic butter mixture on top and bake in an preheated oven for 10 to 12 mins at 200 degrees. Time and temperature may vary depending upon the oven you are using.
- Remove from oven and immediately apply butter.
- Serve hot garlic bread rolls with Cheese dip or any dip of your choice.
