  3. Sprinkle pepper over the bass and cook it using a flat pan with olive oil for 10 minutes aprox. It should be turned to cook both sides, squeeze a lemon before turning It to mix the flavours of both ingredientes.
  4. After serving the bass and the squid smash the walnut and mince the parmesan cheese, mix them and sprikle over the squid with asparagus.
