- Make ready 1 kg Chicken liver
- Make ready 1 cup Yoghurt
- Prepare 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- Prepare 1 tbsp Ginger paste

- Get 1 tsp Red chillies powder
- Take 1/2 tsp tumeric powder

Steps to make Fry Kaleji:
- Heat oil, add onion to fry golden, then add chicken liver and Garlic and Ginger paste. Cook for 5 minutes. Now add Red chillies powder, tumeric powder, coriander powder and crushed whole chillies. Cook and stir continuously.
- Add yoghurt and half glass of water. Low the heat and cover for 10 minutes. All the ingredients combined together and oil appears.
- Now garnish with green chillies and coriander leaves. It's done, and ready to serve.
