Allow the chickpeas to fully cool before removing from the tray. Spread chickpeas out on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. A few chickpeas may pop - that's normal. Blot chickpeas with a paper towel to dry. In a bowl, toss chickpeas with oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
