  6. To prepare sev : In the same bowl add the remaining flour and same ingredients as before but add very little water
  7. Batter should be like this
  8. Put that mix into the pressing sieve with very fine holes and press gently into the hot oil
  9. It looks like this and take it out when you see no bubbling in the oil
  10. Deep Fry peanuts in the oil
  11. Deep fry the curry leaves also in the same oil
  12. Put all the fried items in a same bowl and crush the sev. .
  13. Finally the snacks is ready. . If you want little spicy add a pinch of hing , chilly powder and give a quick mix. And can be stored in an air tight box for 15 days
