- In a bowl take gramflour, salt to taste and add water to this. Mix and make thick batter.
- Now take a bread slice spread the potato mixture on it and cover it with other slice. Cut this into 4 pieces.
- Dip each piece in the batter and deep fry in hot oil on medim flame. Once it turn lightly golden brown it's ready. Serve hot with ketchup or coriander chutney.
