- Grind all Spices
- Add Lemon juice, yogurt, ginger and garlic paste to the spices. mix and use to marinate beef ribs and refridgerator 1 day before cooking
- Take a baking dish, put 3 cups of water in the dish, put wire rack in the dish. Place marinaded meat on the rack. bake meat for 2 hours covered. remove cover and brush with butter before baking again for 10 minutes to make it crispy
