When the arrowroot begins to thicken, add ghee, a little at a time, and cook stirring continuously till all the ghee has been incorporated. - Add arrowroot powder, cardamom powder and keep stirring to avoid lumps under low heat. The mixture will thicken. Add cut banana pieces and a table spoon of ghee. Switch off the heat when the mixture is thick (but is still of pouring consistency) and sprinkle grated coconut
