  4. Add spices-cumin,mustard,dry chilli,bayleaf,onion seeds,coriander seeds
  5. Add onion-ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 5 min
  6. Then add tomato paste and sauté for another 2 min
  7. Add rest of the spices and cook on low heat now for a good 10min.
  8. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander and serve hot with phulka roti
