  2. Make a water maida mixture, it should not be very thick or runny. Take breadcrumbs in one plate then start making small patties. Dip the patties in maida mixture and roll it over the breadcrumbs. Keep aside to refrigerate for 20min.
  3. Take one deep small pan(help to observe less oil) add oil. Shallow fry the patties in low to medium till they are brown in colour. Serve the beetroot cutlets hot with tomato ketchup / or green coriander chutney / dip of your choice. And with ginger tea if you like๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹
