- Get 1 beetroot
- Get 100 grams rava
- Get 1 cup sugar
- Prepare Handful cashews and kishmiss
- Prepare 1/2 cup ghee
Instructions to make Beetroot Barfi:
- Peel the beetroot and make juice with 1 glass of water in mixer.
- In a pan add 2 tbsp ghee and saute dry fruits take it out when it becomes golden keep it aside.
- In the same pan add 2 tbsp ghee and add Rava and roast it till it becomes little brown take it out and keep aside.
- Now in same pan add beetroot juice and let it boil for 2 min if u think Rava is more than ur juice add little water at time of boiling now after it boils properly add rava and saute it continually so that lumps doesn't form and a smooth texture comes add sugar and dry fruits and saute it again till Rava mix up well with sugar add 2 tbsp ghee and saute it on low flame for 1 min now in big plate pour ur mixture and set with a spoon and garnish with dry fruits let it cool cut into shapen serve it.
