- Divide the dough in equal parts. Take one part, roll a little, put prepared stuffing in centre and gather the sides to centre and seal properly.
- Now roll a thick paratha with light hand, with the help of dry flour.
- Further heat the skillet, first roast paratha lightly from both sides without ghee.
- Then apply ghee and cook paratha from both sides on medium flame.
- Serve hot with curd, raita, pickle etc.
