  1. Grind the coconut. Now add some curd and mustard seeds n ginger. Again grind it.
  2. Now add coconut mixture, mix well. Cook it 2-3 min. Keep aside to cool down it
  3. Grate the beetroot n add water n cook it till softened.l
  4. Now add curd into cooked mixture. Our beetroot raiyta is ready.
  5. Now in a bowl curd, honey n black salt. Mix well.
